The records are a facsimile of the building contract and the specifications for the construction the Capitol building.

This collection contains two items. The first is a facsimile of the buildling contract between the Capitol Board and the Capitol Syndicate, who were tasked with constructing the Capitol building.
The second item is a published book detailing the technical specifications that will be included in the construction of the Capitol building. The book also includes a printed, blank version of the building contract as well as a spreadsheet description of the lands reserved for the Capitol Syndicate in lieu of a cash payment.
