Project Description
The project will produce three finalized engineering plans for public beach access improvements. These include (1) Harbor Circle with the restructuring of an emergency drive-over, ADA dune walkover, ADA parking, and permanent restrooms; (2) Bluewater Circle with an ADA dune walkover, permanent restrooms, rinse stations, additional parking, and ADA pathways, and (3) Day Dream Circle with the installation of an ADA dune-walkover, rinse stations, and additional parking.
