Gathering and Assessment of Data for Developing a Long-term Plan for Effective Coastal Resource Management in Texas. Coastal and marine spatial planning (CMSP) will help identify where needs and conflicts may potentially occur and increase opportunities for communities to have a voice in prioritizing coastal resource uses.
