Project Description
The Conrad Blucher Institute will install two new data collection stations that will be included in the Texas Coastal Ocean Observation Network (TCOON). The stations will be located at South Padre Island and the Matagorda Ship Channel near Port O'Connor and will collect federally approved water level and meteorological data. This project includes platform design, construction, and installation, initiation of system operation; and data collection.
