Project Description
The town constructed a reinforced cinderblock structure with restroom facilities that include sinks and two stalls in both men's and women's areas. A metal roof was installed over a heavy-duty timber structure to withstand the coastal elements. The drinking water fountains was constructed on the exterior of the building to provide free access to water at any time of the day. All facilities are fully accessible to handicapped individuals.
