Project Description
This project will construct a boardwalk, 10'x10' observation deck and dune walkover that will provide compliant and safe access from the visitor center. Interpretive signs will also be placed along the observation deck discussing the function and ecological importance of San Luis Pass. This path to the beach will allow staff, educators, and the general public to travel from the Coastal Ecology Center to the beach where hands-on curriculum can be taught.
