Restore Sylvan Beach back to its pre-disaster design, function, and capacity within the existing footprint, consisting of the replacement of 2800 cubic yards (CY) of beach quality sand at two (2) sites, DI #12055: North Sylvan Beach (1700 CY) and South Sylvan Beach (1100 CY).
