Project Description
South Padre Island will plan and construct access improvements at White Sands. White Sands is the only street on SPI that dead-ends onto the beach and is a heavily trafficked area. It is also the only access emergency vehicles have to service these beaches. The project would plan and construct an emergency vehicle driver over and a pedestrian access lane.
