Project Description
The City of South Padre Island will improve Moonlight Circle (Access Point #13) with the installation of an ADA-compliant dune walkover in place of the aging Mobil-mat currently installed. The walkover improvements will include drinking water and rinse stations. Installed plumbing will also be used to irrigate the surrounding dunes when needed.
