McGee Beach - Beach Nourishment

Project Description

McGee Beach is located in Nueces County along the northern shoreline of Corpus Christi Bay. According to surveys conducted in accordance with the Beach Monitoring and Maintenance Plan (BMMP) during Cycle 7, Corpus Christi Beach has experienced severe erosion and is in need of sand nourishment.  Working with the City of Corpus Christi and HDR Engineering the project will provide beach nourishment in accordance with the BMMP at McGee Beach,  addressing approximately 1.800 feet Gulf shoreline erosion.
