Clifford Lovejoy spent thirty-nine years in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserves in Special Operations. He spent seventeen years working in Washington D.C. and has traveled around the globe. Sergeant Major Lovejoy was at the Pentagon on September 11, 2001. In 2015 he was diagnosed with prostate cancer and became
a volunteer to help military members and Veterans with their illnesses and injuries. He also works with TAPS and serves as a mentor to Veterans and families who have lost their family members to combat or suicide. SGM Lovejoy now resides in McAllen, Texas.
